Curtis was FANTASTIC!!! I had come across and booked an appointment with another company, but they were short handed, and highly recommended Curtis. Not only was he accessible and easy to reach, Curtiswas flexible and able to make the drive to our place to rekey two deadbolts & an office sliding door lock in LESS THAN A 1/2 DAY’S NOTICE. (We had booked with the other company 8 days in advance & this company cancelled the same day but recommended Curtis.) The other company showed first on Google (due to their paid advertisement.) We live in a remote area, Curtis was the only service that would come to us. We did have to pay extra, but it was very reasonable. Great to deal with!
