Curtis was FANTASTIC!!! I had come across and booked an appointment with another company, but they were short handed, and highly recommended Curtis. Not only was he accessible and easy to reach, Curtiswas flexible and able to make the drive to our place to rekey two deadbolts & an office sliding door lock in LESS THAN A 1/2 DAY’S NOTICE. (We had booked with the other company 8 days in advance & this company cancelled the same day but recommended Curtis.) The other company showed first on Google (due to their paid advertisement.) Even on a Sunday, Curtis was responsive, professional, and highly reliable! He worked around our schedule and was able to unlock our house after an accidental lockout. His rates for this emergency Sunday service were more than fair, and the customer service he showed is was second to none. I would recommend him to anyone who finds themselves locked out.

We locked ourselves out last week and called Curtis. He arrived quickly, and the service was top-notch. He was friendly and professional, got us back inside in no time. Super grateful for his help and would totally call him again if we ever need to. If you're ever in a jam, he is the one to call!
