Called Bay Tech for a dishwasher repair and they were able to come out same day. Changed several parts out and had it running in under 30 minutes. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend for any appliance repairs!

5th time we had bay tech come to work on our appliances. In 2019, they installed our new dishwasher purchased from Home Depot and they remounted an overhead microwave that they noticed that Home Depot incorrectly installed. Two years later in '21 they adjusted the dishwasher.
I don't have records of it, but they also fixed our original dishwasher, when our use of dishwasher pods gummed up something on the dishwasher. They also fixed our Maytag dryer before, replacing the heating element.
Today, they fixed our Dryer , replacing the blower wheel, and our old Maytag is up and running once again.

Excellent service - they had missed my call originally but called me back promptly without me leaving a voicemail. I called on a Wednesday afternoon and was able to schedule a Monday morning repair which I thought was reasonable. Price was also reasonable, and they had the necessary parts with them to fix my Samsung dryer. The repair only took an hour.
