“I have never been more pleased and impressed, ESPECIALLY with NICK and his fine crew!!!!!! WOW!!! My brother’s apartment complex had a scary fire and my brother was right across the hall from the fire, and CRDN stepped into the rescue and immediately got to work on my brother’s very bad smoke damage.
I was SHOCKED after I asked Nick, that he had only been with CRDN for two months!!! and his team trusted and followed his lead immediately. He could have been the boss of the company!!!
Nick had great compassion, knowledge, eager to serve his crew and us. ALL of Mike’s furniture, clothing, shoes, all electronics, bedding, rugs and mats and kitchen items were taken and went through 4 steps of meticulously getting out the smoke damage concluding with putting items in an ‘ozone room’. It was delivered looking and smelling brand new!!! And set up where it originally was supposed to be, all covered with clean sheets.
The BEST JOB that Nick did was to PROACTIVELY call to share any updates, asking how we were doing, explaining VERY often what was hard for us to remember, answering all our questions, and coming to the apartment when we were quite stressed.
Nick and his team were very professional, hard working, quick, and set our hearts at peace during a very difficult time.

“What more could you ask for! The night before Thanksgiving we discovered that the supply valve on the lower level toilet had burst and water had been squirting out for about 5 hours. At 9 p.m. after shutting off the watere we called FREEDOM RESTORATION AND REMODELING. Within a half hour they were here with a truck load of equipment and smiling faces.
