We had some water damage and reached out to Midwest. They were responsive and quick to come out. Overall, they did a good job drying everything out. I was disappointed at their lack of prep work though. It would have been nice to see something put down on the carpet knowing they had a full team walking on it during the tear out.

Honest, transparent, and highly knowledgeable. I had called Midwest to check out a few spots I believed were mold in my basement. They were upfront about their fees from the time I made the appointment. When Joe arrived, he had tested the spots in question and then answered all my questions, and gave me multiple options to move forward. He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
