Josh and his crew replaced 7 buildings/14 roofs for our condo homeowners in July 2023. Josh himself was exceptional with the personal touch to deliver the estimate rather than email a quote. He met with the officers, explaining his approach to the project, materials and warranty programs. He went above and beyond to help us calculate the appropriate fair share of homeowner expense on shared roofs. And I can't say enough about his team of workers - perhaps the hardest working 14 member team I've ever seen from any team or contractor for a homeowner project.
