My (Favorite) Uncle is a resident at Nu Roc for the last year and a half. My family could not ask for a better place for him to live. Their team is like family. We've never heard a disagreement or foul language from any staff member. The food is presented neatly, and it always looks and smells delicious. (Never had a food complaint from my uncle.) The building and grounds are kept up very well. Neat, clean and groomed well. It's a quiet place. There's no outside noise. NuRoc is surrounded by trees.

My step-mom stayed at NuRoc for several years being cared for with Parkinsons. The nurses and social service were so very helpful as I lived in California. They helped me with phone calls and setting up FaceTime visits. Moments Hospice was so very thoughtful and kind with my mom. I would highly recommend them. I gave 4 stars only because I never was actually on campus for visits. I can say what I saw during FaceTime with my step-mom, showed a clean lovely environment. I am grateful for their care.
