I highly recommend Lancaster Monuments. We lost our six week old grandbaby and they made it as easy as they could and walked me thought it all and made sure we will get her headstone sometime in August. They are very sweet and understanding people. I would not use any other company. Thank you so much for all your help and compassion in such a sad times in our life we appreciate everything. My husband and I w ent first to Lancaster Monument Co. to purchase a headstone for both of us. (Hoping that will not be for quite a while). We did not have to go to any other company, as we were extremely satisfied with the customer service that Donna and Denee provided. Donna spent two hours with us, answering our questions - we had many. We did not realize what is involved In choosing a monument. After picking a type of granite, shape, and color, the font, and what we wanted printed, Donna exhibited exactly how it would appear. We worked with Donna on choosing a monument for our Mother. She was very friendly and patient with our family, it’s hard to get 4 people to agree but we managed to pick out what my Mother would be happy with.
