My cat Robin suddenly passed away at the vet clinic. It was our first time there and they were very kind. We paid to get his paw print on a clay thing after they cremate him. We just received this card in the mail from them. They didn’t have to do this or take the time to write us a card. To get prints of his paws and nose and write his nickname, but they did. We are so touched and will definitely will be going back with our other cats
I’ve been going here for years and they have always given great care to our animals. When of the end of life is near, they respectfully give you options and support us pet parents if you know the time is right to put them down. They recently got another permanent vet within the last year and he is terrific as well.
I am so grateful for all the staff at Tyranena Vet Clinic. They take amazing care of my 10 animals. They are always very kind, gentle, compassionate, thorough, and on the ball. They are never in a rush to be done talking to me. They remember details about us. I trust them and I feel very fortunate and blessed to have them caring for my babies. I feel confident they are receiving the care they deserve. Thank you everyone at Tyranena!
