I have been blown away by how welcoming and supportive Janelle has been from the very first session. Living with chronic illnesses, I was really scared to start, worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up or even participate fully. But Janelle took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and understand exactly what my body could handle. She thoughtfully modified exercises - like replacing high-impact jumps with controlled step-ups and adjusting weight loads - so I could join in every workout without feeling overwhelmed or left behind.
Now, I’m genuinely glad I took the step to start and am excited to keep building my strength and endurance bit by bit, knowing I’m in a place that truly respects what my body can handle.

CV Hair was a great place for me and my bridesmaids to get our hair done for my wedding! Tera did my hair, and I loved that I was able to set up a trial with her ahead of time to figure out what I liked. She also had taken notes and pictures of my hairstyle, so when I went in on my wedding day, I felt confident that I was going to like the result. Tera was also really great at taking my inspiration photos and making them work for my hair type. Everyone was really happy with their hairstyles, and they held up really well for the whole day!

I had an Acrylic fill and shape done and I loved the results! Great attention to detail with the shape, length and cuticles. Friendly staff and great customer service. Being as indecisive as I am, I asked her opinion and had a single reference photo. She explained options on how to achieve the look I wanted and was helpful in the process.
