Outstanding Service from Alex Tracy at SERVPRO

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alex Tracy, Project Manager with SERVPRO. When my elderly mother’s condominium in Fontana experienced sudden and severe sewage damage, I was especially concerned because I live out of state and couldn’t be there to manage the situation myself.

Alex immediately took control of the situation and handled everything quickly and efficiently. From the very beginning, he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I understood what was happening and what needed to be done. Conner and Frank did an amazing job demoing a bathroom and some plaster walls in our house! They were very respectful, surprisingly quiet, extremely careful and cleaned up afterwards. This was hard work and they did a Great job! We’ll be using Servpro again soon, as we move through our projects.
In addition , Eric the estimator was also nice and very informative as well!
