I had a severe issue with my laptop computer and the internal fan not working. I first went to the Best Buy Geek Squad in Lake Geneva, WI., seeing that I’m a Total Member (that costs me almost $200 per year) and the Geek Squad tech instructed me to order a specific fan from Amazon and when I got it to come back and they would install it.When I went back with my laptop and the new fan he went in the back to install it but 30 minutes later he came back out and told me that most of the screws that hold the fan in place were under the motherboard and they were not allowed to do anything that involved the motherboard.He then referred me to RK Electronics in Lake Geneva,... read full review
