Very professional and polite. While he wasn’t able to help my particular situation he provided me with information and possible solutions. Will go back for computer needs.
My older computer crash with all my pictures and files on it. RK was able to install a new hard drive and save my files!! He communicated with me at every step, and was very responsible. I choose this company after reading their reviews.. I would recommend them 100%. Debbie
Bob is the greatest!! He helped my 91 year old father in-law and helped set up his computer. Bob went above and beyond helping us!! Would highly recommend, thank you so much.
