I had such a lovely experience here! Was in Lake Geneva for the weekend on our babymoon and deeply in need of some self care, so I booked a long overdue haircut and hair treatment. Online booking was easy and no issues with the platform at all. When I arrived, I was greeted by the very warm and personable salon owner along with her two adorable dogs. She offered to gate them in back area but I was happy to have their company during services (I’m a huge dog lover), they were extremely friendly, well behaved, and quiet. I have been getting my haircut and colored here for years. Liz does a great job. The organic care color has been great for my very sensitive scalp. Lately I’ve been really loving the organic care line of hair care and skin care. 10/10. Lovely!
My first appointment was in September of 2025, I got a smoothing treatment. LOVE IT! I’ve gotten other keratin treatments that fried my hair. This is less damaging and longer lasting. I’ve rebooked because I love it so much I primarily keep my hair straight and have very curly hair. Does well in the summer heat and also allows me to keep my curly hair when I want and the price it great. Cuts straightening time in half normally it takes 1 1/2-2 hours to straighten my hair now I can do it in 30 minutes! Highly recommend this treatment to anyone who does Brazilians or keratin treatments!
