I have been a long time customer at Cute Nails and have noticed the decline in service. I made an appointment and found two others had an appointment with my technician at the same time. The owner is rude to his employees and has been over booking for a while. My favorite tech has left and he fired two more of the better ones. I am sure he can pay the young ones so much less that he wants the older ones to leave. I no longer enjoy going there and will be looking for another salon.

I asked for the ultimate pedicure and deluxe manicure. When she started painting my toenails I asked if she did the 15 minute reflexology (as stated in the description of the ultimate pedicure) after the polish was on. She said I did that already, which she had not. I stated that and she told me they don't do that anymore. She then did my manicure and gave me a basic manicure. I was in and out in 65 minutes. So it does not appear there is really any difference in their packages. I was apprehensive to try Cute Nails after reading some of the unfavorable reviews. I'm glad that I ended up giving them a try. I called in advance on a Monday morning and when I got there, I was seated right away. Peter did my manicure and pedicure, I was really pleased. He took great care and did my nails exactly like I asked. I have natural nails and I use regular polish so I can't really review Gel, fills etc. I felt the salon was clean and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to return.
