Took 3 rugs to be cleaned, cost just under $200. What a waste of money. Took over a week and rugs are still damp. One has damage and stains where there were none before, plus still has dog hair on the rug. Taking to self serve car wash would have been cheaper and probably better job.

The ladies who work the counter are all friendly and quick. My clothes and down bedding is always done on time and cleaned thoroughly. They also have called me on occasion if I have forgotten to pick something up.

I was recommended to them by someone who had their equestrian clothes cleaned there. I had dry cleaned. Upon arriving at a show, found the lining had been quite extensively torn. Tailor (who is fixing) told me that the liner got caught in the machine and that Michael Todd's absolutely had to know it happened.
