The experience from the rep on the phone was friendly to Richard G. who came to look/ give quote was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous.
The 3 technicians sent to do the new furnace and Air installation were all friendly, conscientious n helpful. The 0% for 5 years offinancing through Dec 31st helped immensely. They came to install immediately ... so far very pleased!
Personable, professional and clean! That would be Brad our technician. Did a drain clean out at our house. Identified the issue and resolved it. Very quick service response and resolved in a couple hours. Explained everything that needed to be done and the method used. Even showed the camera vid of the results. Very happy campers here with a clean drain! Thanks Brad and Master Services.
I can not say enough good things about Master Services. All of the technicians are very pleasant take the time to thoroughly look things over, and explain what needs to be done. I would highly recommend the membership if you are satisfied with your service. It more than pays for itself
