From the very first call it was professional and compassionate. I was inquiring about a surgical procedure and the fees. I was told the Dr would call me , most likely on Monday since it was Friday. I received a call from Dr Scot Saturday morning. He spent time answering all my questions and never made me feel rushed. My dog went through her surgery and is recovery with flying colors.
