Based on reviews, Peter Christensen Health Center offers all-inclusive health care disciplines under one roof, including podiatry, chiropractic, optical, and a pharmacy. The staff and providers are described as wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, informative, warm, caring, helpful, kind, and genuine. Patients felt valued, not just like a person with an insurance card. The optical department had a delay with prescription sunglasses, but one employee kept the patient informed and showed care. Overall, the clinic provides awesome attention and efficiency, with a focus on balanced medications and monitored labs.
PCHC is giving me life, medications balanced, labs are monitored, chiropractor made it so I can move again! Wonderful, friendly, knowledgeable, and informative staff and providers. The only clinic that’s been so warm and caring to me, thank you all!
OPTICAL; All though my prescription sunglasses were rather late because the place the optical deals with we're having difficulties. Probably because I'm as blind as a bat lol. Their amazing employee Chelsea kept me informed as much as possible at work and outside of work. She cared for me more then just a patient. She was gone the day they came in but when I called I was told they weren't there. So on top of the month I already waited what was another day huh.. I truly appreciated Chelsea more then ever!!! PCHC needs more of her around..
Very pleased with the care and efficiency of PCHC. The staff and providers are very kind and genuine. I felt like I was a valued customer/patient not just a person with an insurance card.
