We wandered all around this lovely little town and poked our heads into many galleries. But, this one was the keeper! The owner was marvelous. They had so many really special items in every price range. I am told, that her specialty, is the rugs. All hand made. Since I would have trouble getting one on a plane back home, I had to skip that. But, they are lovely. Brought some very cool keepsakes at a fair and affordable price. Could not be happier!

Woods Hall is an Art Gallery and Working Studios featuring weaving, ceramics, jewelry and other locally hand made items. It is a wonderful place full of teaching, sharing and learning, seeking to foster and nurture community for all on Madeline Island.
