Gotten glasses for 54 years. Walmart first place bought prescription eye glasses. purchased insurance. Right lens not correct. Went back to My clinic eye doctor as walmart said not glasses my eyes. Staff nasty with me when I said walmart needed to correct them. After 3 attempts to fix, glasses worse. Even my eye doctor said it was when they made the lens not right. This place DO NOT buy glasses walmart vision center.

Jennifer and Jordan at the La Crosse, WI Walmart Vision Center were great! I have two frames I love and just wanted new lenses put in with a recent prescription. They honored Walmart's Vision Center 60-day guarantee when I needed an updated version after the new prescription didn't work for me. I can't thank them enough for making sure I didn't waste $400 on lenses that wouldn't work! Great customer service, good communication when glasses came in; knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them!

The main lady was so unbelievable rude and unhelpful. Before I could even say anything she immediately tells me that she needs a signed company of prescription. I started to talk and state that I have it here in my patient portal and could get it to her but instead she cut me off now talking about needing hard copy. I just turned around and walked out. Last time, I didn't have this problem at all. She completely could have helped me and I could have given her what she needed but she just didn't want to be bothered to help me. Verydisappointing.
