Dropped off clothes around 9am needing them to be pressed no later than two mornings later. I got a call back that my garments were ready about 2.5 to 3 hours (same day)later. The clothes look great and this is the fastest turnaround for any dry cleaners I have ever used. Only will use them when I’m in/around LaCrosse WI going forward. I have gone to this place for years and everyone was always so friendly. They always did a fantastic job (and still do) with my items I bring in. I was just there recently and bought in some items to be cleaned. When I walked in the lady working behind the counter looked at me and rolled her eyes and said ‘SERIOUSLY?!?’ I said ‘yes, seriously….. is this not a business that cleans laundry? Why the attitude?’ And she shook her head and said ‘I was sweeping’ I don’t know if me opening the door might have blown around some of the stuff she had swept up but it was rude as hell to greet a paying customer that way.
