This was the kind of hair cut that makes you cry your way home...and some of the next couple days. Negative stars if I could. I decided to try out this place after feeling like I didn't vibe with the hair dresser that took me on at another salon. She was really nice, just didn't really click. No big deal. Felt too weird to break up with her and stay at that salon so I decided to go here. I've always seen it and thought it looked cool. Atmosphere was cool inside but it was completely dead. 5 o'clock and no one to be seen except the receptionist. First sense of "is this place somewhere I trust when it looks like no one else does..?" My stylists comes out and takes me to his chair and asks what I want. I tell him that my hair grows REALLY SLOW so please JUST THE DEAD ENDS. he showed me about an inch and a half, which really surprised me considering I get my hair cut every 10 weeks to avoid taking much off at a time. I said I trusted his opinion if he thought that much needed to go since this appointment was maybe 14 weeks instead of 10. I also said I wanted some shaping to the back, maybe a U or a V so it didn't fall so blunt and straight across BUT NOT TOO MUCH AND NO LAYERS because I wear braids a lot and I don't want them to poke out all over. (We talked about this at length. The point was definitely across.) He said he'd give me a trim (TRIM) and shape the bottom. Okay great, just what I asked for. Then he lets me know that this will be a rough dry cut, he'll wash my hair and touch it up. Made sense to me, that's what my other hair dressers have done. BUT THEN!!! He just starts chopping! He's completely eye balling it. Not pulling my hair down between his fingers and cutting where he showed me like any other stylist would, he literally just eye balled it, used ONE HAND and chopped. I could have cried right there in that chair. I wish I had the balls to stand up and leave then but I thought maybe he'd somehow fix it after he washed my hair. Nope. After that he cuts it a bit shorter, and what do you know, does a LOT of shaping that basically turns into layers and "touches up" my face frames enough that they hardly stay in a pony tail anymore. Again, I wish I had the balls to stand up for myself and instead of saying "yeah....its cute..." when he asked how it was, tell him that it was actually the COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what I asked for. He cut off 5, FIVE inches that were absolutely NOT DEAD ENDS, AND gave me the layers I said I DIDN'T want. Then I got to the front desk and had to pay, after tip, $120 just for my hair dresser to not listen to a word I say and do whatever he wanted. The last time my hair was this short was almost 3 years ago. My hair is my favorite physical feature of myself and he botched it. Left feeling really sad and disrespected. Still feel that way. Trying to get over it because I know it's just hair and it'll grow back, it's not the end of the world. But I was so proud of how long I had gotten it. I put a lot of work in. Just for someone to not listen to a word I say and cut all my hard work off. Needless to say I will not be going back and definitely not telling other people to.

A lovely and relaxing spa experience. I was visiting from out of town and wanted a massage. Staff was friendly and respectful, prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was soothing.

I booked with the Orange Pearl Salon for my wedding weekend in Lacrosse, I live 5 hours away and the salon was close to my wedding venue so I took the chance and booked nails, hair and makeup for my big day. SO glad I did. All of the staff was wonderful for our girls spa day on Friday making girls of all ages feel special. Jamey did my hair and make up for the wedding day, I showed her a couple of inspo pictures and she nailed it.What was most impressive is I didnt feel like just an appointment on the books for her, she took great pride in knowing this was one of the most important and photographed days of my life and made it a great experience.

Wow! Raul gave me Hollywood waves for my wedding and he rocked it! They were beautiful, elegant, and held ALL day. I felt amazing and I know that I will always cherish that look because of its timeless grace and beauty.I think my bridesmaids had beautiful styles as well and I’m glad that Orange Pearl was able to service us!

I have been a client of Orange Pearl specifically Chantel for my hair since it opened. She is amazing with short hair and color. The reason I went to Orange Pearl last week was to have my eyelashes curled and dyed.It was a quick process and yet it won’t be on my expectations. I’ve never had curly lashes, and I just keep looking in the mirror because it really makes my eyes look. “happy.” I love the Orange Pearl.!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

My husband got me a gift card for Christmas and I used it for a massage, pedicures with my daughter and a make up session. I had a great experience with the salon employees. Everyone was so nice and friendly and the services were great! The salon is very clean.

I can't even begin to explain how amazing Orange Pearl was for hair and makeup! Raul did everyone's hair (myself, bridesmaids, mom, and mother-in-law) and he did phenomenal! Everyone had a different hair style, and he was easily able to do everyone's hair flawlessly. He's also super fun and everyone loved him! Liz did my bridesmaids' and my MIL's makeup, and they all looked stunning! Kandis did my mom's makeup and my makeup, and oh my god, I thought I was looking at a photoshopped version of myself. She did such a good job making me feel like a princess for my special day. Everyone's hair and makeup stayed perfect all night! I would very highly recommend Orange Pearl!

Hair stylist, Liz was absolutely amazing! It was my 2.5 year old’s first haircut and she not only took her time with my hair for my appointment but involved my little one in the process. She let her help picking out her tools and held her hand on the way to the entry hair washing station. My toddler loved the time and attention and even though she wasn’t the easiest client (she was pretty wiggly), Liz was very patient and positive throughout the appointment. You could tell she loves her job and is great at what she does! Would highly recommend!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Very chill, welcoming atmosphere but I don't recommend Liz. I went in for an update on my asymmetrical pixi that had grown out and showed her picture, showed her where I wanted it to fall, stacked in back w/ layers. I left with a 90's mushroom blunt cut. At home, I took a kitchen scissors and fixed what I could.
