One call did it! I called for service on my mother's water heater in Trempealeau at about 8:30am this morning. The crew showed up by one, diagnosed, and repaired before 1:25pm. No more cold showers! I highly recommend this company for any HVAC/plumbing issues or installs. Very professional and highly skilled folks.

I was having some issues with the toilet in my apartment. My rentals co.’s property manager told me he’d call these guys and they called me next morning early and promptly and then sent over a team within 20-30 minutes and when they got here they were courteous, professional, and got their work done timely and quick. The toilet functions like new and isn’t making any noise any more. I think they did a wonderful job and when I have my own place like a house or something someday I’ll probably call Niebuhr if I ever have plumbing issues. Awesome awesome awesome!
