I have been going to this salon for more than a year and will continue going! This is the best salon I have been to in La Crosse! Koty and Erin are so friendly and create such a relaxing environment for you to unwind and pamper yourself. I highly recommend both Koty and Erin. Koty does a haircut and balayage on my hair and am happy with the results every time! Every time my son and I walk into New Beginnings is like walking into home. Erin and Koty don't just treat us like clients but more like friends. They just make us feel special and welcome.Oh and I forgot to mention the haircuts are of the highest standards at very reasonable rates.Give these two a call and treat yourself to the excellence of champagne quality at beer budget rates. This place was recommended to me from a friend. I needed to go somewhere to get my hair fixed from some damage. This is where I met Coty. She looked at my hair and she knew it was damaged. I asked her if she could put highlights in it or fix it and she said at this time she did not feel comfortable putting highlights in my hair and causing more damage. This is trust.
