After having our sewer back-up into our basement , we discovered it was full of roots. After contacting numerous plumbing companies only a handful actually called back. Out of the handful that actually called back and came out to inspect and give a quote, Level Sewer & Drain was the only company that I felt I could trust to tackle the job. The other companies either felt like they were selling a product or told me it was going to be extremely expensive and disruptive since they would have to completely excavate the line.
