So I needed to redesign my website. I was auditioning different designers, among them Henry Lester. Tom Schmitt from the company came out and basically told me how awesomely great his company was and how many awards they had won and how I would be foolish to even consider going with anyone else. He then showed me samples of other sites they had designed, which were real yawners in my book. I tried to explain my vision for my site and the response was basically "we won all the awards so you'll like what we do."
