I gave birth to my first child here. Staff was diligent, informative and comforting. They stay up to date on safe and effective labor and delivery methods and are advocates for woman choosing their own birth plan. I highly recommend this hospital for labor and delivery.

Around 3pm today I was shown the way to the unit I needed to get to, on the 5th floor and helped with the phone, by a lovely young man who was clearly going on his lunch break.He took the time to help me out which was much appreciated and worth mentioning. Thanks for your classy and distinguished employees! This person was patient and kind and that's rare these days!

We're from out of town. Had to have labs before an appointment. Appointment time, 8:05. Labs need to be done before said appointment. Given the fact that the lab opens at 7 we show up, get labs done and head to internal medicine. My husband goes to check in @ 7:30 and is told your really early for your appointment. Okay, better than late. Was told you can wait, but it could be awhile. Yes we know that. The gentleman was rather bossy about it. Made us feel as if it was a crime to show up early
