Customers have described them as a great dry cleaners that do an excellent job in a timely fashion. While the service is good and items are cleaned well, some customers experienced surprises with pricing, as quotes were not always provided upfront. Despite occasional delays, they are known for their friendly service and ability to handle difficult repairs, like fixing zippers.
The service was great, the items were cleaned well. I did call to ask for a quote and was not called back until after I dropped the items off several days later. I was not told how much it would be when I dropped the items off and was a bit surprised when I was given the total upon pick up. It was more expensive than I would have guessed. Overall good service, but the quote and total are important to customers!
This place does work that I can't to. They've fixed 3 different zippers for me. Sure it might take a while sometimes but they've got a lot going on. They're always friendly whenever I come in. They deserve 5 stars.
