Finally gave up. My back was becoming more and more annoying. My stepdaughter recommended Boot Chiropractic, so I called. I am so glad I did. Dr. Matt walked me through with what he was doing. I have been amazed as different adjustments were made. I definitely recommend them!
I walked in the door with lower back (sciatic) pain and out the door with much less pain.
After 3 days, flare ups do occur but with a little stretching they go away. Nothing like it use to be.
