This place is great for my cats. No sitting around with them in the lobby. Drs are great. Doctor saw my Pepper yesterday for a routine exam. She cleaned her ears and taught me how. It made a difference in my cat’s health and behavior immediately. Pepper seemed so pleased with her clean face. I’m glad she taught me how to do that because I want kitty to always feel that good.
We have been so impressed with the care and service that BirchBark provides, especially Dr. Cyborski. We have taken pet rats in to see her with a variety of ailments and she and the vet techs are always fantastic! The appointments are on time, rooms are clean and organized, the staff genuinely care about you and your critters. We appreciate that Dr. Cyborski has experience treating rodents, as that is hard to find. Our rats are always treated with care and she will personally call to check in after a visit. When I recently faced the difficult decision to put my senior dog to sleep, Dr. Cavanaugh provided exceptional empathy and guidance during a very painful time. My other dogs, Bentley and Ellie, continue to see Dr. Cavanaugh and Dr. James for their routine exams, vaccinations, and dental care. Both doctors are highly knowledgeable and consistently provide excellent, compassionate service.
