“Scott and his crew were absolutely wonderful. We had a mysterious external leak that caused a lot of trouble with the last storm. Smet was over fixing our neighbor's roof at the time, so we gave them a call. Within a couple days, Scott was out checking over our home. He is so knowledgeable and was up on the roof finding the exact cause of the leak - even taking pictures to show us what was happening. It was such a relief to have a company come out that was not only friendly but was clearly knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. No upsells or pushing tactics - just real people doing quality work when you are in need of it. Our project was completed within the next week or so and the crew member who came out (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was extremely friendly, even letting us know when he did a supply run incase we wanted to let our dog in the yard while he was out. We would happily reach back out to Smet for future house needs and will also highly recommend.”
