I find it strange to see a couple of low reviews. I always have a great experience at this location. Tropical Tan is my go to. I have been a customer for years without any problems. Their hours are amazing- they fit any schedule. The rooms and beds are clean, with a few little extras in case you have forgotten something. The staff at the front desk is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They replace beds and update equipment, renovate and paint as needed to stay relevant and competitive. Great prices and specials too. Never a problem.

I came in and was offered a special (5) level 4 tans for $20 so I bought it. Upon my 3rd time coming to use my package I was told it was a Wednesday special and it expired in 2 weeks. I was never told that when I purchased the package. The girl at the front told me she wouldn't let me tan for free today because my package expired. Tan for free? I PAID for the package! Not sure how they can offer a package without giving me all the details. Quick to sell you a package but very bad customer service to withhold this information. Left without a tan today. Will not be coming back to this salon!

best deals, lotions and beds in town!! versa spa is a great alternative for those who want instant color without any UV rays & it always comes out bronze NEVER orangethe salon is beautiful and clean, they're very on top of keeping everything sanitized with everything going on, and following all of the CDC guidelines which is great to keep everyone safe and healthy!
