I cannot say enough amazing things about Kristen and the incredible work she did on my brows. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and took the time to explain every step of the process. She was easy to talk to, answered all of my questions, and continually checked in to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment.
When I saw my brows after my first session, I was overwhelmed with emotion and actually cried. Due to a traumatic injury I experienced as a child, I had been missing part of my left eyebrow for a very long time. Every time I looked in the mirror, I saw that scar and was reminded of that experience.

I’ve been going to Pearl’s Permanent Makeup for almost a year, and Kristen is absolutely amazing. Not only do I love my lashes every time, but I genuinely look forward to my appointments. I’ve had some sensitivity issues, and she has gone above and beyond—researching products, trying new techniques, and doing everything she can to help me find a solution. That level of care is rare, and I’m so grateful. Highly recommend!
I’ll be honest — when I was searching for a place to get my eyebrows microbladed, I looked at the review scores knowing that the photos Google shows are randomly selected. Looking back, I’m so glad I trusted the ratings because Kristen did an absolutely phenomenal job.
