Had them out once in Jan 2024 and remembered their wildly reasonable prices, so I called back today, two years later, and Tim said he would rather save me the money and gave me a tip over the phone to fix our problem so I didn’t have to pay them to come out. Customer for life ??

After working with multiple contractors during a major home remodel, Tim earned my trust more than anyone else involved in the project.
I was managing the renovation from another state, which can be incredibly stressful, but he consistently kept me informed, called to check in, provided updates, and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. His communication, honesty, and professionalism were outstanding.

I have called them on two separate occasions. They installed a new furnace for us and the price was extremely fair. The next time, in the middle of the summer, I called and said my AC isn’t working. The owner came not even 30 MINUTES LATER and fixed it!!! Can’t say enough about them.
