Dental Associates - Kenosha

Love this place, love the vibe, love the ortho dentist, Dr. Branshaw and the new one, love Brenda, love everyone there. The reception for ortho Naycy I think it is, love her as well.

I went there approximately a year ago. I gave all my insurance information prior to the appointment. I walked into my appointment & they asked me for my insurance information again which i provided. I contact the location which they told me i had to call the 800 number. I’ve called the number approximately 35-40 times this past year in order to make sure the bill didn’t go into collections. Out of all those calls they only answered 1 time & then they hung up when they transferred me. I contact the email to provide my insurance which then they asked for my social security # on email which i didn’t feel comfortable with. They referred me back to the 800 number & i called more times & they never answered. Today i got a message saying the bills has now gone into collections due to them simply not entering my insurance information & not answering the phone. don’t recommend this place at all unless you’re paying out of pocket.

First off I’m so glad that I was able to find this clinic for my implant maintenance. The front desk people were so helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was so nice and patient. Dr Okeke is very nice friendly and knowledgeable. She is passionate about helping me with my concerns and implants need her dental assistant’s as well. Definitely will recommend this clinic

Dr. Mariana Zaric and team (Karina Munoz, and Ellie) provided excellent treatment and expert consultation - extremely professional and courteous…highly recommend.

So they cancelled my appointment and never even told me… they have terrible customer service here. I need to find a new dentist. The last lady didn’t even floss my teeth, and she came in late.

It had been quite some time since I had been to the dentist after many difficult experiences in the past. Although I’ve had a few emergency procedures over the years, walking into a dental office again wasn’t easy for me. That said, seeing Dr. Smart has truly changed my perspective.

From the moment I sat in the chair, Dr. Smart made every visit not only painless but incredibly comfortable. He doesn’t treat you like just another patient or number—he treats you like a real person with a story. That kind of compassion makes all the difference, especially for those of us who may feel embarrassed or anxious about going to the dentist.

His assistants are just as wonderful. They are always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. They take the time to walk you through every step of the process, making sure you understand what’s happening and helping you feel comfortable the entire time. That level of kindness and patience truly makes the experience so much easier.

For many reasons, people avoid dental care, but finding a dentist who genuinely cares can completely change that experience. Dr. Smart is one of those rare professionals who makes you feel safe, understood, and truly cared for.

I am beyond grateful to have been placed in his hands. He’s funny, witty, compassionate, and incredibly skilled. Because of him, something that once felt overwhelming now feels manageable and even hopeful.

I’d like to start with that I ve had great experience with ortho department here and Dr. Nicolas Branshaw did amazing job fixing me smile.

The extremely weird and dangerous experience started when I’ve scheduled dental cleaning appointments and they said I must do an x ray in order to get my teeth cleaned (WHY??? But any way) . After ortho treatment my braces were taken out and to my surprise they said THEY CANT ACCESS X RAY INFORMATION because it’s another department. It is literally the same office but in order to have your cleaning you need to do x ray one more time I was told. FEW DAYS AFTER IVE HAD AN X-RAY RIGHT THERE!!!!

Ok I did it 6 month ago, which is extremely dangerous for your health - (X RAY MUST BE DONE ONCE A YEAR AT MOST.) Doctors didn’t see anything wrong x raying me during the same week? What doctor would say ok to this?

Today I walk in to my dental cleaning appointment 6 months after my last x ray and cleaning and they again saying that I need ANOTHER X RAY!!!! How is this legal? (Oh we don’t have the record***) where is my record then?

So I’m assuming it’s some kind of scam. They asked me if I have insurance and I think they charge insurance ~$300 for your cleaning but if you want to pay out of pocket they add x ray to make the cost higher. That’s what I think is happening here. If so, no one cares about your health here. Why not to make cleaning more expensive, why you need to damage my health to get this additional $150? Why not to be honest with patients?

Extremely emotional and disappointing experience. Absolutely don’t recommend this place.

Had appointment for cleaning, woke with a toothache.
Dr. Kim looked at me as soon as I ot there. Prescribed some antibiotics for inflamed nerve will see me 3 weeks to check on me and then got my teeth cleaned.
Very caring people, helped me out and my cleaning went quickly. Hour later I was home.

Karica is the best! Excellent care as always over the past decade.
