I had the absolute best experience working with carpet city Kenosha and specifically Bill! Thank you! I came in with a plan for a clients home renovation. Bill helped me to find the products I was seeking in my price range, providing even some other better priced options, and even helped me to check the square footage needed saving me money with not over ordering! He was never pushy, just helpful and I extremely appreciate that! The final result is below! I love the way it turned out . The specific material we picked is a more natural wood oak look with both warm and cool tones, working well with the color scheme chosen. They even delivered the product into Illinois for us. Highly recommend!

We recently had new flooring installed on our whole first floor and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The whole experience - from working with Mark to select and order the flooring to the fabulous installers - was top notch. Kurt and his crew did a phenomenal job with the flooring. They took the extra time to go above-and-beyond with every detail. Otilio and his crew did an excellent job with the carpet.

Staff is unprofessional and treats customers as if they are a burden. Called to request an estimate and was asked "well what carpet do you want" and that they don't come out for estimates unless you've picked out a carpet. Then, when I went in to pick out a carpet, was informed that they don't go out for estimates, only measurements, because so many people "waste their time." Was told that moving furniture would cost 75 dollars per room, as well. Mark then came out for measuring and when we stated that we were still working out timeframe for installation (waiting on schedule for a painter and contractor), he made a snarky remark of "what, are you gonna go get another quote." He then called the following week, and when I told him we had decided to go with a different company due to his attitude, his remarks, and their pricing... he denied all of it. Absolutely unprofessional and I can see why so many people waste their time and go with more professional companies.

Not a good experience…go somewhere else! Nails left on the floors of rooms they weren’t even working in…playing loud music while homeowners are present. Their vacuum set off our fire alarm…never again!

Extremely please with our experience at Carpet City Flooring Center Kenosha. Great service in the store helping us select flooring for family room and living room. Next day Bill Seamon came to the house to measure our rooms and complete the estimate. Flooring installed the following week. Installers were amazingly quick removing the carpet and installing the floors and they did a great clean up to finish the project. Highly recommend their services.
