Iron Forge Fitness & Training

Swung in to check out Iron Forge while visiting family in the area.

The gym was fantastic with great highend equipment. The community was very welcoming as well. I'll defiantly try to swing back in next time in town!

I first sought out IronForge Fitness & Training because I was looking for a fresh new challenge to add to my fitness routine. I started attending the classes and I was hooked! What I found there, though, was much more than that. I found a community that accepts everyone, no matter their age or ability level, and inspires them to be better…both inside and outside the gym.

I have been a part of the larger crossfit community since 2012 and have had the opportunity to drop into many gyms across the country. Iron Forge is definitely in a class of its own.

Before I even stepped through the door I experienced top notch customer service from management in getting set up in being able to access the gym.

In classes this week I interacted with coaches Leah, Laurie, and Kylah. It’s not often that I visit gyms that offer coaching cues to nonmembers. These individuals gave me several helpful pointers and encouragement. They all held myself and others in class to the movement standards as well, which was much appreciated. And they had fun! The energy there is infectious. It was such a nice way to start the day.

Beyond the crossfit classes, this facility is amazing!! It’s huge and has something for everyone!!

If living in, or traveling to, the area I strongly recommend you give this place and these people a shot! You will not regret the decision.

Iron Forge is an excellent facility. If you are looking for a gym that has it all, you have come to the right place. They keep their equipment well maintained, clean and up to date. The gym staff are all very knowledgeable about anything you may need to level up your gym experience.

I’ve only been a member at Iron Forge for a few months but it has been great so far! Amazing and helpful coaches, super clean facility, lots of class options and all at a cost that won’t break the bank! Five stars all the way around! 🙌🏻

Literally everyone in the Iron Forge community is great! You’re not just joining a gym, you’re joining a family. If nothing else, come thru to see/try for yourself. I followed this gym (old facility) on IG for years before I pulled the trigger. Only regret is not doing it sooner.

I joined the gym at the beginning of the year, after doing some free Forged 45 classes in December.

Forged 45 is a game changer, I'm I've been to many gyms and tried many classes because I like the community. I used to workout at home but I didn't feel like I really pushed myself as much as I do in class. I like the variety of the workouts and trying new things like tire flips and sledgehammers. It's different from Crossfit classes but helps you prepare for some movements if you ever want to do those classes too allowing you to modify when needed.
Over the past 3 months I've went up in weights, trained my body to get up early and look forward to my class every morning. The coaches and the members are so welcoming and cheer you on along the way. It's hard to describe the atmosphere of the gym, it's something like I've never seen before, it's not overcrowded, not intimidating, all fitness levels are welcome and they also do free workouts for the community twice a month.
If you have ever been on the fence, here is your sign to sign up for a free class and your won't regret it, it's literally my favorite place to be and I'm so glad I decided to re join the Iron Forge family because we are all here to see each other succeed and to help each other become the best versions of ourselves!
