Had 6 windows in our home replaced love the quality and professionalism of everyone on the team. Fast and efficient we look forward to doing business with them in the next year to replace the remaining windows and our two doors!!!!

The windows were installed in one day with follow up the 2nd to do all iside casings and trim. Had 1 defected window. replacement should be here in 6 weeks or so. also more casing and trim is needed for the Patio door. The crew was courteous and professional. All answers were answered at the time of install. However, No Post follow up occurred. still had questions. Tammy got Bob (owner) involved and the service department was sent out to view our complaints,1) Window blinds didn't fit, 2) painting needed around the inside trim, 3) siding had black grease on it. 4) scratches on white aluminum door header 5) Electric white awning cord would not stay in the j channel......read full review

Had 6 windows installed. Extremely happy with the installers, but not as much with the product delivery. one window had a bd scratch on it and had to be replaced.One window was measured wrong and had to be reordered. When that window came into CHT it was cracked and had to again be reordered. Due to these delays, the completion time was almost doubled.
