We had two showers go down at the same time. MMI was suggested to me through a friend. I called and after talking to Anne, the representative, we received same day service. This company went above and beyond, what duty calls. We received quick and great costumer service, and had a technician Owen, who worked quickly and was very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs honest and quality work.

I had a relatively small job that was not an emergency. I expected I'd have difficulty finding a plumber who would take it on. I was delighted that MMI scheduled me within a very short time. They called to let me know they were on the way, and Aiden was knowledgeable, personable, polite, and tidy. I will definitely recommend MMI to any of my condo residence neighbors seeking a reputable plumbing firm near the Grove.
