We have been in our custom-built home for a little over a year. I am in love with my house. We are very pleased with every part of the process and the craftsmanship of the house. They really worked with us to make the tweaks and changes to the spaces we wanted. There are other builders with similar developments near us. The homes don't look nearly as nice and are considerably more expensive than ours per square foot. I have no hesitation in recommending Loos.

We just want to say thank-you to the Team at Loos and the sub-contractors they work with, as we couldn't be happier than we are with our new home. Mike & the Team, played a critical role in helping us plan & design, as well as following through on the building of our new home. Yes, we made a lot of changes and modifications through the design process, but the end result is "we wouldn't change a thing" if we had the opportunity to do it again!The build process was efficient, professional and I thought each of the sub-contractors took pride in the role they played in building our home. We had a great experience working with Loos Homes. I think what we were most impressed with was all the information we were given at the walk-through and at closing. This was the 3rd new home we had moved into over the last 30 years. This was the first time where we actually had an extensive walk-through with the builder where we went over just about everything you could possibly think of in the home. At closing, we were given a binder with all kinds of information about all the products used in the construction of the home as well as phone numbers of all the contractors that were involved in the construction.
