I’m not one to leave reviews, but after our experience with Loos Homes, there was no way I couldn’t.
Everyone on the team was great to work with throughout the building process. Our home turned out beautifully. Also, the warranty process is very straight forward. On the rare occasions we've utilized this process, Andy has always been prompt, professional, and great to work with. Thankfully, because our home was built with such great quality this resource has not been utilized often.

We had a great experience purchasing our new home from Loos Homes. The quality of the home has been wonderful, and very unique with beautiful interior work. What has stood out the most is their excellent customer service. After we moved in, we discovered a leak, and they were incredibly responsive. We contacted Andy for the warranty and he helped us contact the plumber! They came out quickly, addressed the issue, and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s clear Loos Homes stand behind the homes they build and genuinely care about their homeowners even after the sale.
