Doug came to my door randomly without being called and offered a roof estimate. He continued for avoid a price estimate until speaking to the insurance to guarantee payment. Once he finally gave me the estimate it was higher than most estimates that I had. I asked him to match the price. He continued to beat around the bush and never came back to me with a counter offer. Once I said we are going with the best price offer he blew up my phone in an unprofessional manner and used fowl language. Did not appreciate anyone talking to me that way. Highly unprofessional business etiquette. I am glad I never did business with them. I recommend doing the same!

Wolf Exteriors & Remodeling erroneously removed the siding off one end of our home. The owner, Jim Nodolf, admittedly provided his employees with the wrong address. He offered to replace the siding with something that did not match, and when we asked him to try to find something that was a closer match, he walked away with no further contact. We found the correct siding and provided that information to him but with no response. We finally sent him a letter giving him 30 days to respond, and after 30 days and one week, we made arrangements to replace the siding.
