This was my first time going to an actual salon and I had a positive experience! Erin greeted me with a friendly attitude and when I showed her a picture of what I wanted, she explained to me what she could do to match it the best she could. She is very knowledgeable and I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time I was there. She did a very nice job on my haircut and the purple highlights I asked for, and gave me pointers on how to keep the color in as long as possible. She made nice conversation with me, and it felt like I had been going there for years. At the end, she curled my hair, and I felt beautiful when I left the salon. Yes it's more expensive than a normal hairdresser, but a lot more is included in that price, so it was worth it to me. I would definitely go back!

Had first appointment with Erin this morning, was not impressed first appointment and will be the last. Quality of the hair cut she did was fine. But customer service the worst, she had a horrible attitude and she was just rude. My hair did need a good refresher as it was pretty matted but thats what i was there to do is fix that amongst getting a trim. Postive note she was knowledgeable but she had a horrible attitude. The haircut i got was not worth the $70 and not worth my time either. I will not be going back.

Erin listened to me and answered my questions and gave suggestions . She explained everything that she was going to be doing. She washed, conditioned & cut my hair. Then she styled it precisely as I had asked. Great stylist

I'm new to Wisconsin & was nervous in selecting a new salon/stylist. I'm SO HAPPY my neighbor recommended Awaken Salon & Jenna!! Such a cute, warm salon & Jenna was FIVE STARS! She was so welcoming, friendly and listened to all my hair needs (I had a few ?) and absolutely nailed what I was looking for in my cut and color! Thanks, Jenna! See you soon!
