I had a great experience with Mel when talking about my prescription, insurance benefits and ordering contacts. She explained everything and was so friendly and helpful. She was also able to adjust my glasses so they actually fit correctly. She was great to work with!!

Mel H was fabulous to work with. She was very attentive, very helpful picking out glasses. Went above and beyond when there was an insurance glitch and got everything straightened out for us! I will definitely be back and will only see Mel H next time. Thank you Mel for the awesome experience
