Extremely disappointing experience with maintenance and communication
I rented from Walker Property Management and had an extremely frustrating experience when my refrigerator stopped functioning properly.
My refrigerator was not maintaining a safe temperature, while the freezer was excessively freezing and building up ice. I immediately submitted a maintenance request, (multiple requests) was ignored, and continued contacting management as the problem went unresolved.

They require you to pay to apply BEFORE allowing you to see the unit, which is absolutely a scam. They clearly don't maintain their properties, as most of them look like they haven't had new counters, carpets, or really any upkeep since the 80s. I can't imagine the nightmare maintenance team that likely comes with these rentals.
