The two guys who cleaned were extremely polite. The couch looks great although I thought it was pretty expensive to do that. I would like to be able to just do the front of the couch where my dog rubs the next time and not the whole couch. More like a spot area clean. The rugs look nice and clean. My only complaint is that they didn't move my recliner back onto the rug and put paper under it like other companies do. I cannot move it myself and I'm going to have to wait a long time until my son comes to visit.
Ken and Dale were professional and did quality work. They got here on time looked around asked questions and stayed busy the entire time. The results were unexpectedly above what I was expecting. That's how its done!
