Walker Property has been and continues to be a blessing for me. Life threw some unforeseen circumstances at me and I was forced to find a place to live - they made the entire process from application to signing the lease stress free. From the moment I moved into my apartment in June 2024 to now - every email, text, phone call, maintenance request has been answered in a timely, compassionate manor. I have recommended Walker to a lot of my co-workers, friends, family, etc.
This gentleman name MERV was so awesome he helped my disabled mom with her kitchen sink leaking. He fixed the problem right away less then 5 minutes. He was very nice, very professional and very helpful very outgoing. I give him 10/10. Thanks again Your the best MERV walker property couldn’t have a BETTER maintenance man. His service was amazing, I must say I am extremely happy with everything he took care of for my unit. We need more maintenance techs like him in this world of property management. I am extremely pleased with this company. Walker Property Management you did a great job when you hired him as a maintenance tech.
