After going through a number of bad experiences with my dental care a friend suggested Tri Mark. I have been going there for two years now and cannot recommended them more highly. The service is professional, pleasant and well worth the two hour drive for me. I feel like every dollar there has been well spent.

TriMark has been a wonderful place to get not only my teeth 🦷 checked up and worked on but also my daughter’s. Caring and considerate staff (dentists and hygienists both) that answers all my questions and takes great care when it comes to our smiles!!

My family has been going to TriMark for over 25 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr. Lyons is knowledgeable, kind, gentle and honest with what services are needed. She has seen us when there is an emergency and I can’t say enough about the staff from the front desk to the hygienists! They are always there to help. I highly recommend TriMark!!

Horrible place. My kids and I gave them our business for 17 years without issue. In 2024 at my son and daughter’s six month cleaning, they said they no longer schedule appointments but would put us on a cancellation list in March and call for their April appointments. Odd, but okay. March rolls by, then April. No call. I call them and they say no openings..we are on a cancellation list and when they call we have to take the appointment on the spot or back to the bottom of the cancellation list. Never got a call. Now it’s May. I call them and they said they have nothing. I asked to speak to someone in charge. I asked very nicely for her to explain their scheduling system to me as I didn’t understand it. If they don’t make any appointments for anyone, how can we be on a cancellation list? She explained. It made no sense to me and I found it a very unorganized and unprofessional way to run a dental office. I respectfully told her we are comfortable there and would really hate to switch dentists, but clearly it could be months out for us to get in our 6 month cleanings. She suggested we see a new dentist. After SEVENTEEN years of providing care for my family, they did not care. After that call I got a dismissal letter from them in the mail saying due to my views and opinions of their office, they will no longer schedule my family and I as we are no longer accepted as patients. I have never received such rude customer service. Never have I experienced anyone in the healthcare field show such a lack of concern for the well being of my family or retaining our business. Many people I know that go there have left due to a similar recent experience. If you would like to be able to make appointments and actually be seen, and if you would like to be treated with respect, don’t go here!! They also hunt down the people who leave google reviews, stalk them, and email their place of employment to try to get them in trouble with their boss. That is a clear violation of the Consumer Review Fairness Act. They should familiarize themselves with the CRFA, as it clearly states a business upset with a negative review legally cannot contact your EMPLOYER over it. Only someone unprofessional would stalk and find a google reviewers’s place of employment and email their HR manager. The appropriate and legal route would have been to contact the person who left the review directly to try to gain their perspective. Legal action is being brought against them. Unbelievable behavior! Worst place ever, run!

This is by far the worst dental office not only in Janesville, but the entire county of Rock. They refuse to make appointments for patients who have been loyal to them for 15+ years. Clearly they don’t care at all about their patient’s oral health, or they would WANT you to have your teeth cleaned. Instead they refuse to even schedule a cleaning appointment, they just expect you to be able to drop everything and come in without any advance notice IF they have time that day and decide to call you in for a cleaning. What kind of circus dental office is that??? If you have an issue about not being able to get your cleaning, they don’t even care to try and fix it, they just rudely hang up on you and then dismiss you. This place needs to just close down because clearly they are not a medical professional facility anymore. This is really poor patient care, and both dentists should not be allowed to hold their license anymore. Preventative dental care is THE most important aspect of dentistry, and these two doctors clearly don’t understand that-that’s not a quality dentist AT ALL.

I have been going here since Dr Forrestal was alive, approximately 60 years. I called in December for appointment and they put me on cancellation list. Hmmmm, still waiting. I called today for appointment and was told they do not make appointments only cancellation list. Appointments are for people who are were regulars, which I was until I lost my Dental Insurance in May. This is crazy, looking for new dentist.

I have been there for 5 appointments. I would challenge anyone to try and find a better dentist than Dr. Popp! There have been 3 different dental assistants that have assisted the dentist, at my appointments. Hannah was always very professional and yet personable. Although I can't speak for all the dentist's, Dr. Popps is top-notch. Thank you
