What a great company !!! From the Lady taking the phone calls and setting up job start dates to Jordon up on a ladder outside on a 90° day working in the sun. And Rob was awesome with all my questions the two days they where here. And Randy the man behind it all was great to work with. THEY ALL WENT ABOVE & BEYOND what I thought would be done in all the upgrades to the wiring in a basement that had 2 or 3 different upgrades before. I will always recommend they crew & call them the rest of my days in JanesvilleServices: Socket or switch installation

Very professional, came on time, started right on the job, and couldn't have been more friendly. They did a great job fixing my bathroom outlet and door bell. Their customer service team was fantastic, helped me get an earlier appointment time. A great business. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an electrician.

I own several Duplex in the Janesville area and started the rehab work and needed electrical work. I called Richter's from the Office Manager to Randy the owner everything went super smooth and they understood having to work around the schedules of Tenants. The Electrician who did the work was excellent! Very knowledgeable and was totally focused on the job at hand. I would give 6 stars if possible.
