5 stars!!!!! not sure what all the negative reviews are about. todd contacted me right away, came out same day, fixed my ac unit, answered all of my questions and was very professional. one of the best service experiences i have had for anything. i would highly recommend!

Todd showed up within the window I was given and was never anything but respectful and truthful on the phone and in our personal interactions. He told me exactly what was going on with my system including temp data at different outlet vents. He was in and out in under an hour and I am 100% satisfied with the results. One star taken away because other contractors were available earlier, and QC needed a few days, which is understandable but worthy of taking one star imho. I would work with Quality Climate again.

I only gave them a 1 star because negative stars aren't an option. When my furnace went out they told me they would have to replace all the pipes and several other things along with the furnace unit and air conditioner. He was going to charge me over $8000 out of pocket and that was after my home warranty company paid. Other companies that came out to look at the furnace were charging half of what this guy was. He kept telling me it was a good deal and I wouldn't find it cheaper! Absolutely would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!

Todd was very thorough, put me at ease as he walked me through the troubleshooting process. I appreciated that he kept me apprised as we awaited a part for our furnace and explained why the part was needed. We had been told that we may need to replace our furnace but since he replaced the filter and the motor he suggested that we may have another 6-7 Years on this model. I got the referral through my home warranty company. I plan to use him again in the future.

Do not trust this guy. he is a snake. He will definitely try to rob you for thousands. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else and if you are using your home warranty get somebody else. Nothing honest comes out of this boy's mouth!

After reading the reviews here and on the BBB we were concerned about working with Todd but we experienced the opposite of what the reviews here would suggest. Save yourself the hassle! Bad experience with this climate and air repair company. Does not answer the phone, does not communicate with you or AHS insurance after countless attempts to be reached regarding issues with my central air unit for replacement, 100% over priced was being charged almost 8,000 for central air replacement and was being required to pay 2,600 outta pocket because of his fees my home warranty did not cover. I ended up getting a quote from home depot for 3,000 full replacement and installation copper pipes, coal in basement and haul away and they even made a cement base for my air unit to sit on leveled I strongly reccomend any one else but this company!!!!!!!!Services: HVAC repair

This so called company is supposed to come out to my house since 9am. After several attempts he answered and said he would call me back and never did this morning and he won't reply to mine or my hsa calls.so now I'm trying to get ahold of them to send out someone else cause I have a son with health issues and myself with breathing issues and don't need to be waiting for someone to not show.Service: HVAC repair
