I purchased something online and got the wrong thing. I really needed it so I took the package to the store and they replaced it with the right thing no questions asked. They were gracious and totally wanted to make it right for me!

Just stopped in to have about $300 worth printing. I asked the front cashier if anyone is in back to help. She the person is on break. Why isn't there a manager or someone else to help. You lost a long time customer.
